The support chat in the Betr app begins with an automated chatbot response but it redirects you to FAQ support pages, some of which are subject to spelling errors or outdated information (such as referencing inactive promos).
You also cannot type out an issue, only push buttons on a preselected menu to try to navigate to your issue.
Working through these menus does not provide you with a way to connect with a live agent. It will only do so if you wait on the menu for an extended time without tapping on one of the articles, though your “agent” may change several times during your message exchange (we saw several different names of support agents in the chat with no indications we were talking to someone new).

Getting information from Betr, even on something that should’ve been simple like the terms and conditions of the welcome bonus, was enough to cause us to walk away and take a break before coming back to writing this review.
When testing for this review, we experienced extended wait times of 10 minutes or more in getting responses with most replies redirecting to FAQ pages (which also didn’t answer our questions. We would frequently see the support “agent” begin typing a reply then stop and disappear for several minutes (“agent” is in quotes because we aren’t entirely sure whether we were talking to a real person or another chatbot).
Bettor In Green sees the potential with Betr Sportsbook but cannot comfortably give a stamp of approval. The platform itself is clunky, the sports selection is quite small, and the customer support experience is likely to leave you scratching your head while waiting for a response.
