Parlay betting has become a go-to option for many sports bettors in recent years. The ability to combine multiple betting outcomes (or “legs”) into a single wager with payouts multiplied as bets are added is a major attraction and can lead to lucrative winnings for a relatively small stake.

As fun as parlay betting can be, it is also a difficult skill to master. If even a single leg of a parlay fails, the entire bet is scored as a loss in most cases; thus, to earn a greater reward, you need to take on a greater risk.

In this guide to parlay betting sites, we’ll walk you through some of the best sites to make your parlay wagers. We will also discuss the different types of wagers offered, how to use parlay insurance, and provide some strategies for successful parlay betting.

Best Parlay Betting Sites for 2026

The definition of what constitutes the best sportsbooks for parlay betting will vary from user to user for a multitude of reasons. Factors such as available markets, frequency and magnitude of boosts, and types of wagers eligible for parlay inclusion should all be considered. Keeping that in mind, below are six of what we consider to be the best parlay betting sites for 2026.

bet365 Sportsbook

Bet365 Parlay Betting

bet365 Sportsbook leads the way for parlay betting with an impressive 37 sports to include in your parlay wager selections, including niche markets like handball, biathlon, snooker, jai alai, and esports.

The bookie also offers a continual profit boost promotion that can add anywhere between 2.5-100% on winning parlays, depending on the number of legs included on the wager.

Caesars Sportsbook

Caesars Parlay Betting

Though Caesars Sportsbook has a smaller selection of sports overall to choose from (18), it offsets this by providing frequent parlay profit boosts to its users.

Types of Parlays Available on Online Sportsbooks

There are several types of parlay bets available on online sportsbooks that are worth consideration for your betting slip. Here are the options you’ll find:

Multi-game Parlays

Multi-event parlays are bets that include legs from at least two sporting events; they don’t need to be from the same sport, either. This parlay type involves a combination of moneyline wagers, spread bets, totals, or props from within those games.

Same Game Parlays

Same game parlays are particularly popular because they allow bettors to concentrate research efforts to a single contest rather than multiple matchups. You’ll often see the name shortened to “SGPs.”

Round Robin Parlays

Think about round robin parlays the same way you’d consider a round robin tournament. Round robins place a wager to cover all possible outcomes from within the parlay, so you’ll need to include at least three legs (unlike the multi-game and same game parlays listed above).

Notice that unlike before where you were playing a single $10 three-leg parlay, you’re now effectively creating three $10 two-leg parlays (Timberwolves and Yankees win, Timberwolves and Blue Jackets win, Yankees and Blue Jackets win).

If you were to play this round robin at $10 for each combination, your stake would be $30 and your maximum potential return would be $102.79 (if only 2/3 teams won, you’d only receive the payout for that parlay combination). However, if you played this same $30 stake for a three-leg standard parlay, the maximum return would be $185.48.

So why the difference? Round Robin parlays create a safety net, allowing you in a sense to miss part of your parlay and still receive a payout. To offset this increased likelihood of a payout, a higher initial stake amount and a lower maximum return are utilized.

Teaser Bets

Teaser bets are a form of parlays where you’re only wagering on point spread markets. The idea behind this bet type is that the lines for the point spreads are adjusted (or “teased”) as a way of “buying” points.

Payouts for teaser bets won’t be as high because of the adjusted lines, but the bets are theoretically easier to win. However, as with other parlays, you’ll need all legs of your teaser to hit in order to win your bet.

Pleaser Bets

Pleaser bets (also called “reverse teasers”) function in the inverse manner of a teaser bet. Instead of “buying” the points, you’re effectively “selling” the points back to the bookie for a shot at a higher payout.

Progressive Parlays

Finally, progressive parlays allow you to increase your margin of error as you up the number of legs on your parlay. For example, a three-leg progressive parlay may allow you to miss only one leg, but a 10-leg parlay could still pay out if you miss up to three legs.

As with teaser bets, the improved probability of a payout comes at the cost of a lower maximum return if all legs hit.

Same Game Parlay (SGP) Options

According to Sports Business Journal, 90% of active FanDuel users have placed a same game parlay. SGPs are growing in popularity, with many sportsbooks offering pre-crafted same game parlays you can instantly add to your betting slip.

Here are some of the SGP options available in the “Big Four” sports markets at the sportsbooks we mentioned above. These lists are not all-inclusive but should help you get a sense of the types of markets available:

Parlay Boosts and Profit Boosts

Parlay boosts and profit boosts are different types of promotions that are occasionally offered at sports betting sites to entice betting action and enhance player winnings. Parlay boosts are changes to the odds of the parlay while profit boosts calculate a percentage of your winnings to add to the final payout of a winning wager.

Sometimes, these boosts are tied to specific events, such as the opening night of a season, the start of the playoffs, or a championship game/series. We’ve also seen them offered around holidays or on the anniversary of a player signing up for a sportsbook.

All of the sportsbooks listed above frequently have both types of bonuses available, which is part of why we included them on this page.

Live Betting and Parlay Combinations

Live betting ramps parlay wagering up a level as the lines and odds will move dynamically once a game is underway. At times, this can lead to getting more favorable odds than when the game started.

However, some of the markets that were available to you before the start of the game won’t be available once play has started. For this reason, it’s important to have a plan in advance for which markets you’re backing for your parlay before and during the game; it may be easier to place separate bets.

Parlay Insurance: How It Works

Parlay insurance is another type of bonus that helps bettors when their parlay comes up a leg short. To prevent the bet from being a total loss, those who place insurance-eligible wagers will receive a bonus bet that is either equal to their initial stake or capped at a certain dollar amount.

There may be subtle differences in the eligibility requirements for parlay insurance depending which sportsbook you’re using. These can include, but aren’t limited to, the number of legs your parlay has (five legs is generally the standard, though some allow four-leg parlays to be eligible), a minimum stake requirement (such as $5, $10, or $20), and an odds requirement (such as -200 or greater).

In some cases, parlay insurance may apply if you miss more than one leg. However, this typically only applies to parlays with at least eight legs.

Strategies for Successful Parlay Betting

Before placing a parlay wager, we urge you to keep these strategies for successful parlay betting in mind.

Limit the number of legs

The risk of losing your parlay wager increases with every leg added. Statistically, keeping your parlays between 2-5 legs provides the best value by offering a good multiplier on the return with a reasonable probability of winning. Don’t be tempted by the potential return of a 16-leg parlay. If you were to keep playing such parlays until you won using an identical stake every time, you statistically still wouldn’t break even after a win.

Shop the odds

Sportsbooks are under no obligation to have their odds be the same as what other bookmakers in the industry are offering. For that reason, subtle differences can exist within the odds for the same game. This can make a parlay much more profitable depending on the book you’re using.

As an example, let’s say you were going to place a five-leg parlay with all legs at +110 odds. A $10 stake for that parlay would win $398.41 if it hit (+3984 odds); however, if even one of those legs were at +120 instead, the parlay would instead win $417.86 (+4179 odds).

These subtle differences add up on straight wagers but are amplified even more for parlay bets. Take the time to browse the odds at a few sportsbooks before submitting your ticket to ensure you’re getting the best value for the lines you’re backing.

FAQ

What is parlay insurance?

Parlay insurance is a sportsbook promotion that provides a form of protection for qualifying parlay wagers. Typically, they issue a bonus bet for gamblers who miss their parlay wagers by a single leg. Sometimes, this bonus bet is equivalent to the stake of the parlay while other times, there may be a capped value of the promo.

Are there profit boosts for parlays?

Yes, some sportsbooks will run profit boosts promotions specifically for parlays. Because parlays are already a relatively profitable bet type compared to straight wagers, these boost amounts are often capped at a certain dollar amount (such as $10, $25, or $50).

How does a round robin parlay work?

Round robin parlays work by creating a combination of parlays for each outcome added to the betting slip, allowing users to miss a leg (or two) and still receive a payout. This results in a lower maximum return if all legs hit than a standard parlay but increases the likelihood of a payout.

Which sportsbook has the best SGP options?

In our experience, we’ve found FanDuel and DraftKings to have the best SGP options. Both bookies offer a multitude of markets for customization along with an acceptable amount of pre-crafted parlays for instant adds to your betting slip.

Can I cash out a parlay bet early?

Yes, in some cases, you can cash out a parlay bet early. The circumstances when you’re permitted to cash out your parlay early will vary by sportsbook. Be sure to check the “House Rules” section of the online bookie to learn in advance if your parlay is eligible for early cashout.

How many legs can I add to a parlay?

Sportsbooks will have a varying maximum number of legs you can add to a parlay. For example, DraftKings and bet365 allow up to 20 legs for a parlay, while BetMGM has a maximum of 10 legs. However, just because you can play a 20-leg parlay doesn’t mean you should; we recommend keeping your parlays to 2-5 legs for the best chances of successful parlay wagering.
